Return Policy Details:

    • Items are eligible for return if they are in unused, original condition with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Certain personal care products may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Organic Vedam immediately with your order ID and a photo of the item at care@organicvedam.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, reach out to our customer service team with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the steps.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a smooth return process.

  4. Return Confirmation

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, Organic Vedam will send you an email confirming the status of your return.

Refund Policy Details:

  1. Refund Processing

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has passed inspection and is confirmed to be in its original condition.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

  2. Shipping Fees

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

  3. Exchanges

    • Organic Vedam does not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.

  4. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us promptly at care@organicvedam.com with your order ID. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
