Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are in unused, original condition with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Certain personal care products may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Organic Vedam immediately with your order ID and a photo of the item at care@organicvedam.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
Return Process
To initiate a return, reach out to our customer service team with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Confirmation
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Organic Vedam will send you an email confirming the status of your return.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has passed inspection and is confirmed to be in its original condition.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
Exchanges
Organic Vedam does not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us promptly at care@organicvedam.com with your order ID. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
