Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

Organic Vedam offers shipping within India with a standard delivery time of 5-7 business days for all prepaid orders. While we strive for timely delivery, additional days may be required during festive periods, sales, or special circumstances affecting logistics. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Serviceability and Delivery Areas

If your delivery location is not covered by our current delivery partners, we may request an alternative address within a serviceable area. Organic Vedam aims to deliver to as many locations as possible. However, if an order cannot be serviced due to geographical constraints, we regret that Organic Vedam will not be liable for non-delivery.

Shipping Process & Order Fulfillment

Whenever possible, all items in an order will be shipped together. In some cases, items may be shipped separately due to product availability or specific product characteristics. All orders include an official invoice from Organic Vedam. If your order arrives without an invoice, please contact care@organicvedam.com for assistance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID to monitor the estimated delivery date and real-time order status.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Instead, take the following steps:
